Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS:
We ship with insurance to Austria, Germany, EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the UK.

Within the EU, the prices shown include the applicable VAT of the respective country (based on the address entered at checkout). Outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT and without any customs duties that may be charged upon import and must be paid by the customer.

Austria:
Delivery within Austria: free shipping from an order value of 90 €, otherwise 5 €.
Delivery time within Austria: 1 to 2 working days.
Shipping with Post.at or DPD.

Germany:
Free shipping from an order value of 90 €, otherwise 11.50 €.
Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping with GLS or DPD.

Rest of EU:
Free shipping from an order value of 150 €, otherwise 16 €.
Shipping with Post.at (3 to 4 working days).

Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway:
Shipping with Post.at 21 € (2 to 3 working days) or UPS Express 37 € (1 to 2 working days).
Prices are without VAT.
Please note: additional customs duties may apply and must be paid by the customer upon receipt.

UK:
Shipping with UPS Express 50 € (1 to 2 working days).
Prices are without VAT.

RETURNS

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your NIRMI order and return your product within two weeks from the day you have received your delivery in full.

Please inform us in writing by email to info@nirmi.at. You can also use the withdrawal form (see cancellation policy in the footer menu) as a template.

Please send the carrier including all accessories back to us with insured shipping. The cost of return shipping is covered by you.

After we have received your return, we will refund the purchase price including any shipping costs you originally paid.
